電影《金爆內幕》改編自金融界史上最大騙局，重現高達300億美元詐騙掏空案，男主角馬修麥康納也為此増肥20公斤，還戴上假牙扮醜，讓跟他有親密戲的布萊絲霍華，在片場初見變胖的馬修麥康納，差點被嚇暈。
布萊絲霍華是知名導演朗霍華的寶貝女兒，她在《侏儸紀世界》中，，踩著高跟鞋狂奔給恐龍追的畫面，引爆不小話題，這回在《金爆內幕》跟影帝馬修麥康納同場飆戲，則給了她震撼教育。
她說：「他改變了自己的外貌，完全投入角色，這就是影帝！」因此布萊絲在角色造型也多花巧思，染了一頭金色大捲髮，還穿上金光閃閃的低胸緊身洋裝，「在電影裡我就是他的黃金，當他失去我，也就失去了他最有價值的寶藏！」

儘管一開始面對變胖的馬修麥康納，布萊絲霍華被嚇到，但演到後來，她卻覺得特有安全感：「能夠跟胖了20公斤的馬修麥康納滾床，好有安全感，他厚實的肚子和長歪的一口黃牙，真是我的菜！」
自民國98年開始，大圓斑球背象鼻蟲名列野生動物保育法的保育類野生動物名錄，屬於珍貴稀有保育類昆蟲。牠們只分布在蘭嶼和綠島，不僅沒有象鼻蟲特殊長長的「鼻子」，身上獨特的Tiffany藍更是吸睛，現在台北市立動物園昆蟲館就可以看到大圓斑球背象鼻蟲，牠們也順利在動物園內傳宗接代。
省錢達人動物園表示，一般大家最熟悉的象鼻蟲就是家中的米蟲，而大圓斑球背象鼻蟲則是一種短喙的象鼻蟲，與印象中有著長長嘴巴的象鼻蟲截然不同，全身黑色，上面還有夢幻的Tiffany藍圓斑，由於僅分布在蘭嶼和綠島，在台灣本島只有在台北動物園，才能看到被特別照養的族群。
大圓斑球背象鼻蟲演化出傲人的特異功能，就像穿著鐵甲的武士一樣，全身變得非常堅硬。到底有多硬？傳說以前蘭嶼達悟族男人會以手指按壓球背象鼻蟲比指力，能壓碎者會得到勇士般的歡呼，可見球背象鼻蟲的身體結構相當堅硬，有「硬象鼻蟲」的稱呼，在野外幾乎沒有想吃牠的天敵。
大圓斑球背象鼻蟲的翅鞘已經癒合，完全沒有飛行能力，僅能以爬行的方式移動，因此活動範圍不外乎就是食草或附近區域。在蘭嶼想找牠們，得先認識牠的食物火筒樹，牠們通常在葉背活動，遇到其他動物靠近會先走開，如果還是感到威脅，就會裝死掉落下方，讓天敵措手不及。
因為大圓斑象鼻蟲在臺灣本島並未分布，因此保育員在飼養照顧時，每次都需要依照飼養箱外貼的戶籍資料，仔細清點數量，確認每隻個體都乖乖待在照養環境內。大圓斑球背象鼻蟲是完全變態的昆蟲，幼蟲住在火筒樹的莖部，成蟲則在灌木或喬木上活動，由於人類過度採集，分布在蘭嶼、綠島的球背象鼻蟲有6種被列入珍貴稀有保育類動物名錄中；動物園園區因內有許多火筒樹，糧食來源充足，也成功繁殖大圓斑球背象鼻蟲。
